Refund & Returns

Every ANYWAY piece is made to order and printed in a single limited run. Because items are produced individually for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color preference. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item or size we shipped, we will replace it or refund it at no cost. Email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@anywaysdepot.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where an item was defective or incorrect.

Orders can be changed or canceled only before they enter production. Since production begins quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Items are printed on demand, so production takes about 2–7 business days, and delivery typically takes another 3–8 business days after that. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

We currently focus on U.S. orders. Any international orders that are accepted may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing. If tracking shows a problem, contact us and we will help resolve it with the carrier.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the shop: your name, email, shipping address, and order details, plus payment information processed securely by our payment provider (we never see or store full card numbers). If you join our email list, we use your email to tell you about releases; you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share information only with the service providers that make orders happen, our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our production and fulfillment partner (Printify and its print providers), payment processors, and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information.

The site and checkout use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, understand traffic, and, if enabled, measure the performance of our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@anywaysdepot.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we will honor valid requests.

Terms of Service

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability; releases are limited and once a run is gone it is gone.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors, and to refund it in full if we do.

All brand names, designs, phrases, artwork, and content on this site are the property of ANYWAY / Anyways Depot and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the item at issue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
